Very family friendly place! Weather wasn't the greatest for our short stay, so we didn't enjoy the beach to the fullest, but it had plenty to do otherwise and all staff were kind and acommodating.

Bass die ganze Nacht dank dem Campingplatz nebenan

Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Mini-Familien-Urlaub in einer grünen Umgebung nah am Wasser und mit einem Kinderpool gefreut. Als erstes finden wir raus, dass es 8 Euro pro Person kostet den Pool zu nutzen und man kann ihn nur 2 Stunden am Stück buchen. Für die Sauna musste man dann 12 Euro pro 2 Stunden zahlen und sie war nicht im Preis vom Pool enthalten. Das war so nicht in der Anzeige hier auf Hotels.com deutlich und eine riesen Enttäuschung. In der Wohnung angekommen sind da als nächstes Ameisen in der Wohnung. Aber das absolut Schlimmste waren die Nachbarn vom Campingplatz nebenan, die rund um die Uhr laut Techno-Musik gehört haben. Der Bass dröhnte von 8 Uhr morgens und bis tief in die Nacht. Das war unerträglich und die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren nett, aber meinten, sie könnten erst nach 22 Uhr beim Campingplatz anrufen. Das hat eine Nacht ein wenig geholfen, weil die Musik etwas runtergeschraubt wurde, aber laut gegrölt und besoffenes Rumgeschreie konnte man trotzdem die Nacht durch geniessen. Die zweite Nacht meinten die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel, dass da kein Lärm wäre, obwohl das ziemlich deutlich der Fall war. Am schlimmsten aber war die letzte Nacht, wo der Campingplatz eine riesen Pfingst-Party veranstaltet hat, die bis 0 Uhr mit open-air Konzert-Lautstärke aufwartete. Da meinten die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel auch, dass sie nichts machen könnten. Wir haben 40 Euro Rabat pro Nacht erhalten, aber das war es nicht wert. Schrecklichster Hotelaufenthalt jemals.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Man ist in circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage mit tollen sauberen Unterkünften. In den Apartmenthäusern gibt es einen Fahrstuhl, so dass jede Etage einfach zu erreichen ist. Die Ausstattung ist für kurze oder auch längere Übernachtungen Perfekt.

Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Direkt hinter der Düne. Leider hatte unser Apartment in der Küche keinen Herd, obwohl dieser auf einem Foto abgebildet ist. Dadurch konnten wir uns überhaupt nicht selbst versorgen und mussten alle Mahlzeiten im Resort einnehmen. Dadurch wurde der Aufenthalt deutlich teurer als geplant!

Sehr netter Empfang beim check in und check out. Die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich für Kinder, viel ülatt zum spielen. Die Nähe zum Meer, besser geht nicht. Nettes Servicepersonal beim Frühstück freundliche Einweisung. Busanbindung direkt vor dem Hotel, perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Warnemünde ohne mit dem Auto los zu müssen.

Wir hatten im Strandresort ein 2-Raum-Appartement für 3 Nächte gebucht. Beim Check-In wurden wir an der Rezeption herzlich empfangen, und die nette Frau hat uns alle wichtigen Infos rund um das Strandresort erzählt. Das Appartement ist wirklich großzügig und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich hier einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Für mich als großen Mann sind die Zudecken im Schlafzimmer in der Regel immer etwas zu kurz. Hier wurde aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen und eine weitere Decke für das Schlafzimmer bereitgestellt. Das Strandresort stellt eine eigene App zur Verfügung. Über diese kann man sich umfassend über das Strandresort und dessen Restaurants informieren. Außerdem bietet die App einen Bereich für die Bestellung von Frühstücksbrötchen und auch einen direkten Chat-Kontakt zur Rezeption, was die Kommunikation mit dieser extrem vereinfacht. Wir können das Strandresort uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeikommen.

Wohlfühlen & Abspannen wird hier einfach gemacht

Vom Checkin, dem bestellten von Frühstück oder Massagen, bis hin zum reservieren im Restaurant über das Telefon im Zimmer war alles einfach super. Großes Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung und überall sauber. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Servicepersonal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück klingt zwar etwas teuer, aber dafür bekommt man eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen in guter Qualität und kann sich mehr als satt essen. Das Restaurant Blaue Boje macht wirklich etwas her und das Essen ist auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Strand ist sehr ruhig, nicht überlaufen und nur wenige Minuten vom Zimmer entfernt gewesen. Hoffentlich schaffen wir es bald wiederzukommen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Toll für Familien mit vielen Extraangeboten. Achtung: Apartment bedeutet nicht gleich Küche mit Herd. Schwimmbad und Saunalandschaft sehr gut.

Diskrepanz der von Hotels.com kommunizierten Checkin-Zeit (15:00) und der tatsächlichen (16:00). Das kann schon zu Problemen führen, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist und Telekonferenzen im ruhigen Umfeld abhalten muss. Anlage und Appartement sind Spitze.

Schöne Winterferien mit unseren Enkelkindern

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Gastronomie, Service) sehr freundlich.Ein großes Lob an die Küche und das Restaurant.Das Frühstück war senasationell, das Ambiente im Restaurant, Pool und Wellnessbereich zum Wohlfühlen. Prima Angebote für Kinderfreizeitgestaltung! Ein Mangel an Sauberkeit bot die Dusche im Bad : Schwarze Kalk- und Schimmelflecke an den Selikonfugen und den Ecken der Duschflügeltüren. An manchen Wänden klebten tot geschlagene Mücken. das war auch kein schöner Anblick. wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen, wenn besagte Mängel abgestellt sind.

Dejligt sted

Super flotte huse/værelser! Rene, pæne og rigtigt fint indrettet. Det er placeret naturskønt og tæt på vandet. Det er er dejligt sted og vi planlægger allerede, at tage tilbage med resten af familien. Vi var tre afsted og havde nærmest hvert sit værelse grundet den gode sovesofa. Venligt personale, gode faciliteter og nemt at komme til. Derudover er det forholdvis nemt at komme til Rostock by herfra. Kan kun anbefales.

Starker Chemiegeruch

Die Ferienwohnung #59 hat einen starken Chemiegeruch. Es sind nur zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten vorhanden. Das Ambiente ist steril und trostlos. Hoffnungslos überteuert. Wir kommen hier bestimmt kein 2. mal hin.
