1) Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum. 2) Please leave used linens on bed, we will strip the bed. 3) Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
Please pick-up and properly dispose of any pet waste. Dispose of trash in rollaway bin in the front yard. PLEASE DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS TRASH BIN!
Please make sure door is locked on your way out~ INTERIOR KEYPAD LATCH MUST BE IN THE HORIZONTAL POSITION FOR DOOR TO AUTOMATICALLY LOCK FROM THE EXTERIOR!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
