"The hotel smelled funny. The bath tub had been painted and when we tried to fill it up to bathe the baby, paint chips were floating in the bath water. We got 2 hotel rooms but when we asked to have our rooms cleaned, while we were out, only one room got cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine & receptionists were very nice."

"While the pool was clean and the general property grounds were decent, our actual room experience was poor. The hot tub was out of service, and the room was dirty upon arrival. When we requested a cleaning, the staff was dismissive and had a bad attitude, claiming the room only looked dirty because we moved furniture. However, we found thick dust and dirt under the nightstand that clearly hadn't been touched in a long time; I eventually had to ask for a broom to clean it myself. Additionally, the kitchenette sink was broken, and the towels were so old they were literally falling apart. When we asked for an extra towel, we were rudely told we had reached a 'limit' of four and could not have more. Not a recommended stay."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The pool was out of order, and the hotel lacked a working telephone line. Most concerning was the hygiene in the restaurant restroom; a sign instructed guests not to flush toilet paper, yet there was no trash can provided. As a result, used paper was left on the floor. This hotel does not deserve a 'Good' rating. To make matters worse, they have been unresponsive to Hotels.com regarding my refund request. I would not recommend staying here."

"3 boxes of donuts is not breakfast, the cleaning ladies go way to early to clean before even checked out. And the naked women in the pool is beyond a problem "

"The room felt clean and comfortable and I love what seem like down pillows! The couch is torn on the edge of the cushion and looks very worn out. But everything else is nice. I like staying at this hotel. :)"

"Front staff was really nice. The pictures on the site are very deceiving. The hotel is run down, not in the greatest of areas. The rooms are also very run down. They obviously do not properly clean the rooms. We spilled water on the floor and the towel we used to clean up the water was black! We kept our shoes on anytime we had to walk around. Would not come back. "
