Terrible pillows and ultra soft mattress and mattress cover. Concept of open shower is also doubtful, but that’s I guess could be a perk for someone Worse part is no one available after 23:00. Area where you can get coffee and tea locked Otherwise hotel is clean, convenient, free parking. Staff is friendly and helpful

Best Breakfast ever

Great 2 day stay. Comfortable beds and the best breakfast buffet I have seen in my life. We will be back !!!

The Hotel has been selected by us due to a concert that has been close. Overall good stay. The room was initially not completely clean, which has been instantly resolved by the hotel service - very friendly. We did order in addition the continental breakfeast. Variety was excellent, however warming plates eg for the scrambled eggs did not work and warm dishes have been cold.

The hotel was in a great location in this quaint town. Very clean though we found it quite austere for the price. The breakfast is great and worth the price. Very nice and kind gentleman working in the evenings. Lady working in the morning is clearly not a fan of guests - though maybe she's better with Germans and just doesn't like foreigners.

This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement.

The property was very nice but had a couple quirky things. The shower had only half of a "door" and water got all over the floor. The room key must be inserted to use the lights. When you insert it, a red light comes on. You can then turn on the switch for a bright light, but you can't turn the red light off. This is not nice fofr sleeping. When I called the reception to ask how to turn of the red light, it was 11:15pm and the person just hung up on me and didn't give me an answer - odd. So I removed the key card and went to sleep. Some of the personnel was not so friendly, and also sometimes hard to find. They were however helpful about the important things. But the breakfast is great and the hotel is very nice and clean and they have nice little welcome snacks and water.

The beds are very comfortable, but this is by no means a 4* hotel: - They shut down the lights in the lobby at 11 pm (--> you can't even sit there anymore unless you want to sit in the dark) - They only clean the rooms every 3 (!!!!) days - There is no door on the shower cabin, so when you shower, the bathroom floor gets wet - 55" TV, but about 40 German channels and the other channels are all news channels; no possibility to screen cast from phone/ use netflix/ ... - breakfast is VERY overpriced. it's not a bad breakfast, but most definitely not worth 17€ and also not worthy of a 4* hotel IMO. Labels at the breakfast buffet indicate there used to be other things there, but it seems this is no longer the case. All in all I get the feeling that this hotel lacks proper management with attention to detail. The hotel is probably not receiving as many guests as originally expected and hence service has gone down. The decoration on the wall in the lobby indicates there once was a restaurant (but probably not for long).
