"We had a wonderful stay at this house! Two families came for a relaxing weekend, and it was perfect. The pool area and lanai were beautiful with tons of seating for everyone to hang out and relax. Inside was very clean and way more stocked than any Florida rental we have stayed at.The house kept everyone entertained, whether we were inside or out by the pool. We spent an afternoon at Boca Grande Beach which was absolutely gorgeous, and it was so nice having all the provided beach gear ready to go. Beds were super comfy, and the whole place was just beautiful. Some of us also got in an early nine holes at Pinemoor right around the corner. Great course! We had such a great time and will be coming back!"

"Beautiful property with tons of space, bathrooms, and beds and a great pool. One of our favorite places we have ever stayed as a family. Host had great communication too. Furniture and appliances are top end. Very homey feel. "

"From the moment we arrived at the property we were all blown away by how stunning this property is, it really has the wow factor. From the moment we booked, we found Dustin extremely easy to communicate with, even given the time difference from the UK to the US. The pool is amazing and was the perfect temperature during our stay and offered welcome relief from the heat of August. Although we were a party of 8 adults and were well catered for, I would certainly say that the property would be perfect for families with young children too. The property was perfectly located for us to go out and about exploring the gulf coast and enjoying all the wonderful beaches and restaurants the area has to offer. Our son got engaged whilst we were here on holiday at the property and we all have so many special and precious memories to cherish. We've simply had the best time and were so very sad to have had to leave. Until the next time ......"

"Beautiful home, crafted with love and integrity. This home is clearly not just an income property! The hosts/homeowner(s) could not have been anymore welcoming, friendly and beyond accommodating.. Honestly It felt like being at a friends house and that’s how we were treated, as if we were friends. A perfect family vacation of which we had the privilege to celebrate in this obviously well loved home! This home and hosts met our every need and there were12 of us! Thank You for an amazing trip!"

"Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. She even gave us a little extra time as we were running a little late on checkout. Thank you for opening your home to us "

"Very nice place. Clean and well stocked. Not much of a view but great pool, patio and kitchen. Need to have an extra tank of gas for the grill. We almost ran out. Would definately stay here again"
