It's great for groups or families, with lots of sunshine, a full kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a spot to keep your bikes. You can relax with the peace and quiet of a working farm nearby, but still be close to all the fun things Rotorua has to offer. It's perfect if you love cycling or just want a nice, relaxing break.

The Space:
Upstairs, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms and a full shared bathroom. The master suite boasts a queen bed with soft linens and plenty of natural light. Bedroom Two features two cosy single beds, while Bedroom Three offers a roomy double bed. Bedroom Four is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a sturdy set of bunk beds. The bathroom, located just off the hallway, has a full tub/shower and fresh towels ready for you.
