The property feels quite aged and could use some maintenance. The EV charging station was not operational, which was inconvenient. Millennium Hotel Rotorua
Clean room, and nice pool area. But no coffee in the room, and no hair conditioner in the shower. These might seem like small things to some, but they’re important to me. And I expect both at any hotel that is considered four stars are above.
