Holiday EC - Apartments Haus Katharina

This apartment is on the ground floor of our house. It consists of a kitchen, a living / dining room, a bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower / toilet. The apartment is divided from the base section as a U. This means that the passage to the single room is possible only through the bedroom. There is a large south facing terrace to the apartment.

Welcome in Rottach-Egern. Our house is quiet, yet centrally located, south of the town center.   Located Idylisch the middle of a residential area located with unobstructed views to Wallenberg. Hiking and cycling, you can start right outside.   If you want to enjoy a quiet vacation and will welcome our well-kept garden with seating and deck chairs to relax.   In just 5 minutes you are in the place. There you will find plenty of shopping, sporting and leisure opportunities. The lake is about 15 minutes walk.   Grid square G6 / catalog page 119

Erholsame Ferien

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, in einer Sackgasse gelegen und trotzdem zentral, man ist in 5 min. am Supermarkt, der See ist in ca. 10 min. erreicht. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Sonnen Terrasse ist besonders schön. Das Auto parken auf dem Grundstück, sehr praktisch. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unproblematisch und freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt. Wir haben uns mit unserem Labrador sehr wohl gefühlt und viele Wanderungen von hier aus unternommen. Gerne wieder. Danke

Tolle Wohnung, leider sehr hellhörig

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für den Preis groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist es ein Holzhaus, so dass man von der Wohnung im 1. OG jeden Schritt hört. Darüber hinaus hört man im Schlafzimmer, wenn der Fernseher in der Wohnung im 1. OG läuft. Darüber hinaus ist die Spülmaschine während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt gegangen. Die Vermieterin hat sich zwar sofort darum gekümmert, aber ich musste die Handwerker reinlassen und überprüfen, ob die Reparatur auch erfolgreich war (war sie nach dem 1. mal nicht). Das war für mich auch prinzipiell ok, aber ein "Danke" der Vermieterin hätte ich schon erwartet.
