Our stay was comfortable, room was quiet, good overall. It was not important for us, but the elevator fits only one person, so for a group with plenty of luggage it could be tricky.

Great little hotel right across the street from the train station. The front desk was SO NICE and helpful. The room is comfortable. Yes, it's noisy because it is by the train station where the unhoused congregate.

Charming hotel in a great part of Rouen. The women at the check-in desk were exceptionally friendly and were very accommodating in speaking English. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Fantastic location across from train station. Building has lots of character. Room clean, well-appointed, and comfortable (particularly the mattress). I will be staying here again when I return to Rouen!

Great value just outside the main city centre

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel de Dieppe. The location is a 5 minute stroll from the city centre which suited us nicely. We didn’t eat here but the bar service was excellent and very friendly. The reception was also extremely helpful when my car wouldn’t start and they called a garage mechanic to help out.

Great hotel. Skip the Cafe Victor.

The hotel was lovely and staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here. Do not recommend Cafe Victor. The waiter in the three piece suite is pompous and arrogant. He made us feel uncomfortable and caught him smirking at us as we struggled to read French. We didn’t return for breakfast.

Connie, at front desk was a delight - helpful, personable, went above and beyond to help us make the most of our visit. We had dinner in the hotel bar. The ambience was warm and everything was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was small it was well designed and complete, The windows were thick so the room was very quiet, The AC was appreciated, The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens were gleaming white and high quality. Great hotel for a great price right next to the strain station making our overnight stay a comfortable one.

Interior could use some updating. There was stained carpeting in the room, and lighting wasn't great unless the sun was shining. We liked being able to open windows in the room, especially since there was very little we could do to control the temperature in the room. It was cool outside, but the room heated up too much for our liking. It's in a super convenient place if you're taking the train from Paris... just steps away from the station and walking distance to the historic area.

I had a great one night stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful (my French is not fluent and they were very patient and helpful to communicate easily for check in). The location is very convenient if you’re arriving by train (can’t miss it coming out of the station). Very clean and room was well equipped and updated. A nice surprise that I wasn’t expecting was an electric kettle in the room. As an avid coffee drinker, being able to make instant coffee on my own was so nice. Overall an extremely pleasant stay that I would recommend highly! Only tiny drawback was the very small elevator - to be fair it was exactly as I expected for this type of building. But I preferred the stairs anyway as they were charming, blue carpeted circular stairs.

The staff was great and helpful, unfortunately, it is in front of a Metro Station and there are a lot of people around (good and not so good). We did not feel safe walking at night and good restaurants were around 15 to 20 minutes away. For tourists like us, it was difficult to find the right Parking Garage (Parking 2), but also was kind of far from the hotel to carry the luggage. There is no parking in front of the hotel to drop the bags (because it is a bus-only street). Overall, good hotel and staff, but not convenient if you are driving.
