The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right across the street from the train station! Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk around town using this as a base. Would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Hues were dark and so was the lighting in the room. No fitness center. Lift is tiny. Across street from train station. About half a mile to town center for tourism…with shops, museums and restaurants. Parking is located a block or more from the hotel.

The hotel was great. I arrived and departed by train, and did a day trip to Vernon-Giverny, so the location across from the train station was perfect. It also is well located for walking to all of the main attractions. The woman at Reception when I arrived was very friendly and gave excellent advice about things to see. My room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom, and excellent air conditioning during a heat wave! Breakfast had a good selection of fresh high quality products. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideal for the station and exploring the old town or Rouen. Our party was on the 1st and 2nd floors and we experienced no noise. The rooms are on the small side but have all you need for a couple of nights-the bathrooms are surprisingly large. Our rooms had a modern stylist decor. We opted for the express breakfast for 10euros which was all we needed of a morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money.

Charming hotel in a great part of Rouen. The women at the check-in desk were exceptionally friendly and were very accommodating in speaking English. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Fantastic location across from train station. Building has lots of character. Room clean, well-appointed, and comfortable (particularly the mattress). I will be staying here again when I return to Rouen!
