In a bucolic setting, our newly renovated rural cottage offers peace and tranquility on the banks of a pretty stream and near a former Cistercian abbey. This country house is the ideal starting point for exploring the Alpes Mancelles, the old town of Le Mans, Sainte-Suzanne, Asnières-sur-Vègre, and more. Or for a more active stay in Sillé-le-Guillaume and the surrounding area. This former farmhouse with exposed beams and stonework offers: Ground floor: dining room with an antique fireplace including a wood-burning stove / living room with a flat-screen TV, fully equipped separate kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Separate WC. Relaxation room with two single beds. One bedroom with one queen-size bed and two single beds, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs: one bedroom with one queen-size bed and one cot. Mezzanine with one single bed (90cm). A bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. Included: beds made upon arrival, one towel per person, welcome toiletries kit.
Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, swing, and trampoline.

Not included: cleaning fee (€60), firewood package.
