"Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa. Well equipped kitchen. Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area. Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out."

I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. "Recently returned from a 5 night stay at this cosy apartment. The location is very convenient if you are skiing. Blue line bus stops close by. About a 10 min walk to centre of town. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend and would not hesitate to return. "

"Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "
