The Casita more closely resembles a studio unit

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.

Most welcoming host. Waking to a Winter sunrise through the glass walls was magical. Proximity to Round Top a real bonus.

Great location, host assistance was very responsive and it is beautiful however some basic practical needs for those staying are missing. I believe this is a new listing and expect it will continue to evolve and get better.
