I would 100% come back and hope that I do! The house was amazing! I loved the design! Bed was super comfy. The back porch was the best place to hang out with the large windows it was amazing!!! I l would love the come back in the summer, to use the pool. The pool was cold and I have no idea if there as heater it had leaves in. That was the only I think could use improvement was the out door furniture seems a bit disarrayed. But if that is the only thing that was an issue then i would say that is pretty darn good! Truly love it!! hostess was super attentive!!! and very kind!

The house was amazing!

This place was amazing! The two of us needed a weekend away and happy to have found this one. I was inspired to redecorate my house when we got back :) If you’re going when it’s cold-just make sure that the heat issue in the master room is resolved or that they have a heater in there, as we had some issues with that but the rest of the house was super cozy and warm. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible property

I rarely leave reviews, but this property deserves one. There were 4 of us staying at this amazing home...all friends. We needed a place to catch up and relax. This home is perfect for both of those things. The home, the amazing kitchen, pool, pond, and all of the amazing scenery made this a perfect property. All of our interaction with the host was perfect and from check-in to check-out it was seamless.

AMAZING!

My college friends of 50 years have been getting together once a year for our “Ladies Only” weekend for around 35 years! In all those years, we’ve stayed in some fabulous vacation rentals. But, we all agree, this amazing Round Top property is by far our all time favorite! Oh my gosh! Where do I start? The house is GORGEOUS! Eclectically decorated…something beautiful and unique everywhere you look; comfortably arranged…seating and conversation areas throughout the inside and outside of the house; beautiful bedrooms and bath areas…comfy, spacious, and well equipped; dream gourmet kitchen to die for…spacious, everything you could possibly need to make a meal, huge refrigerator, and fancy gas range/confection oven! An unbelievable glassed-in patio…three sets of french doors open onto the gorgeous porch; has a ton of comfy seating and eating area. Beyond the porch, is a huge deck… with more seating, umbrellas, and small tables, a beautiful pond complete with serenading bullfrogs, and sunsets from your dreams! And if that’s not enough…to the left of the deck there’s a perfect pool, hot tub, and pool house furnished as an additional bedroom. Beyond the house…long outdoor tables, fire pit, gazebos, party lights, and a short walking trail around the pond! It is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and gather with family and friends! Oh, all the other important stuff like cleanness, communication with owner, and location are perfect too!

The house was a great oasis for us to stay in Round Top. The house was comfortable and had a wonderful outdoor space for everyone to hang out. We used the pool, fished, and ate outside together.The upstairs bedrooms are a little warm Igor us since it was July. Overall, a wonderful house to bring our family.

A group of friends and I came here for a girls weekend. Be aware that when we stayed, we were completely unable to use one of the guest rooms we paid for. There was zero air conditioning and unusable outlets in the room, so we unfortunately had to uncomfortably pile three people into one room for two nights. Additionally, the rental has quite the wasp problem. We found one inside the home when we arrived, and found many outside with plenty of wasp sprays. The sunroom’s ac was broken as well, so in the summer — it’s a sauna and pretty much unusable. Finally, be very aware of the mass amount of snakes in and around the pond. No partial refund was issued for us, though requested multiple times, so if you have a similar experience, be aware you will most likely deal with the same problem.Otherwise, we mostly enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and indoor relaxation spaces.
