- Listing description
Welcome to Roundtop Rendezvous! Situated on 5 acres bordering wheat fields and pasture, this extremely unique barndominium features a modern/ rustic design aesthetic. With 3200 sq ft of living space it has room for large family gatherings. The original metal roundtop structure was taken apart piece by piece from a farm several miles away and reconstructed on this property. The finished product is a one of a kind, labor of love.
This place is located only about 1.5 miles from the quaint town of Yoder, featuring the famous Carriage Crossing restaurant, the wonderful Bull’s Eye Grill, where you’ll eat the best hamburgers and ice cream you’ve ever had, and Yoder Meats with all their fancy cheeses and meats!

Beautiful, quiet country beauty! The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Excellent updated appliances. The decor is tasteful. The beds are so comfortable. The large living room had comfortable seating for nine. We sat out on the patio one night. Nice lights and beautiful lawn.

If you need to be in the Yoder/Hutchinson area or just want to get together with family for a few days this house if perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and child friendly. They have thought of everything and it made our stay so enjoyable.

Awesome time!
Our group of 8 stayed here for one night to play golf at Prairie Dunes the next day. We found the place to be awesome, clean, and comforting. We’ll stay here again the next time we play PD.

Fantastic hidden gem
The house was in great shape, clean, and very well furnished. Loved the kitchen--we cooked a couple meals and it worked very well. It's on beautiful serene property. Harley was extremely accommodating and very responsive to queries. He was an outstanding host and made our stay very enjoyable. Would stay here again for sure.

Family get together
The property was perfect for us with lots of room to spread out. Quiet but close to town with amazing sunsets. We stayed up late every night and didn't have to worry about keeping others awake. We never lost hot water even with eight people. Lovely place, will got back next time!! Thank you!!

What a gem!
We absolutely loved our stay at this unique, well kept home! It was perfect for a quiet, relaxed family get together. Family from multiple states met up to spend time together and the house was excellent for our gathering. It had plenty of gathering/hang out space, a large kitchen, good sized bedrooms and a large yard and outdoor patio. We cooked several large meals and spent most of our time enjoying the house, playing board games and yard games.
The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had leading up to the trip and during our stay. They were very clear and accommodating.
The house was clean, private, had plenty of parking, had tasteful decor, and was located close to the cute town of Yoder. Hutchinson was just a short drive away with a few more activities. The value would be hard to beat! We would certainly consider staying here again! Thanks for hosting us!

This space is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We LOVED that it was off the beaten path. Out in the country without any light pollution to dim the stars, but right there next to Hutchinson, just a few minutes away. Truly perfect in every way.
