"ARRIVE-ABQ was a great stay and just as promised in the descriptions and photos, not always the case. We loved the RT 66 vintage road trip theme! We were especially impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from the valet, to front desk as well as housekeeping and restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant, the DWTNR was excellent and the express breakfast offered during Balloon Fiesta was delicious and so convenient! We definitely recommend!"

"Hey there, As discussed at checkout; Entire unit needs a deep clean Location was great, and while they cannot be responsible for the people around the locations, having security riding through makes a difference in the comfort level in the area. Would stay again, if I check room first, to confirm clean."

"Positive: -Comfy bed -Clean room, modern -Nice bathroom: shower pressure, bath products, etc. -24 hour coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the rooms) and citrus water (cucumber, lemon, etc.) Negative: -LOUD doors, because they're heavy, you hear every slam -DARK rooms, some nightstand lighting but no overhead lighting so very dark. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom/sink area is a terrible, dark fluorescent, not flattering -No option for fan only (it's either AC or heat) so if you would like to sleep with a fan for white noise or for staying cool, not going to happen -Pets are allowed, so you might hear some dog barks"
