"Room spotless and lovely, staff were amazing and there are plenty of amenities and thing's to do here at santaclaus Village. Very easy to get to from the airport and a bus stop that goes directly to the airport snd town center. "

There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! "The chalet was fabulous, clean and with everything you need. The staff were amazing and having access to lapland winter park was such a great perk. The sledding hill was a favourite of ours. "

"I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. There were several showers and toilets available, as well as a functional kitchen, which was very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a coffee without having to go out into the cold, especially during winter. I also tried the private sauna for €18, which included a towel and water. There are also designated times when you can use the sauna for free if you don’t mind sharing it with others. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re traveling on a budget."
