"This was a GREAT place to stay. We had plenty of room to spread out in. The kitchen had everything you needed. The house was nice and clean. We were washing towels a lot so that would have been helpful to have more bath towels but other than that it was really an awesome house to stay at. Thanks so ,much"

"Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. "

"Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable sitting areas and sleeping quarters. Kitchen has everything you need, and host left complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. As we are older, adult, I am very aware of things that can affect older adults. There are no stairs to go up, but it was necessary to get out and unchain the gate to get into the property and rechain. Moderately heavy chain. Very doable though for any except extremely frail or elderly. Also, it could be noted that this a guest house next door to the owners. Not a problem at all, but not mentioned in the description. There is a beautiful deck that overlooks a lake on another property, would be a great place to have a cup of coffee in the mornings or evenings. Heather was most gracious and prompt in response to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. "
