"Best coffee I've had that is 'steeped' vs. instant, GREAT discovery. Girlfriend and I loved the whole stay. It's an old motor inn in a perfect location, and now managed by Adrift which owns the higher end Inn at Manzanita across the street. Your car is literally outside your door with chairs to enjoy the sunset outside the front door, and adirondacks out the back door to enjoy the morning sun in the private courtyard. We dug it."

"The location was amazing directly across small street from beach and just over a block to Main Street. Nice comfortable new beds and pillows. Very clean and very friendly staff. Even offered a cup of draft root beer on arrival - nice touch! Fire pits on the lawn offer great ambience."

"What an amazing gem on the river! The room is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are charming and generous. The sunset views are incredible—don’t miss it! We enjoyed a bottle of wine while watching the colors change over the river and mountains. Would absolutely recommend staying more than one night if you can!"

"We loved the location and the home - quiet and very private. However, the front door lock needed to be replaced or fixed as it didn’t work at times for us. We should have called the rental agency, but we were remiss in doing that.With one of our couples who was older, stairs were a bit difficult. They also said the lighting for reading upstairs was not sufficient. If I could give this home 4.5 stars, I would do that instead of 5 stars.There are not thermostats in every room as mentioned in the welcome book. We loved the quiet location, and the cleanliness of the home as well as the ease of walking to the beach. Manzanita is great for exploring Canon Beach and Rockaway. Two folks in our group used the bikes and said the chains needed oiling, but I told them that they were blessed to have them at all. Restaurants are good, and it is a very quiet location. We would definitely stay here again. If you are a golfer, there is an executive par 3 right across the street.Great place to stay."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our stay here. It was instantly comfortable. Plenty of room to gather when we wanted to and have space when we needed it. We loved walking to the beach and into town (about 30 minute walk into town). Comfortable beds, couches, puzzles galore and well stocked. My only recommendation would be to consider switching to adjustable showerheads. The water pressure was so strong it was actually painful to take a shower especially for young kids. I would 100% stay here again!"

"It’s really cozy house located on a quiet spot waterfront, with a great view. The outdoor space is also very cool with a fire pit and a grill. About the cleaning, we found some dusty spots and spiders webs inside the house. We’d definitely stay again in the future!"
