"Such a beautiful place to stay. Perfect for my husband and I. Quiet and so peaceful. Chris was a great host and answered all my questions in such a fast manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone. "

"Location and room were.great. Nice amenities. I would stay at the property again, however, Unit 18 does not have a closet or space to hang clothes. The bathroom sink is incredibly small with no counter space. We look forward to coming back, but would try another unit next time. "

"Everything was perfect for us. The owner communicated well and personally, both in advance of our visit and during our stay. The condo itself was immaculate, and very clean. The back patio onto the lake was just lovely. The condo is very well equipped - the kitchen had everything you could ever need, there was a great selection of snacks, and great local info brochures. They even had eclipse glasses and posters for us. It all felt very welcoming and comfortable; perhaps our best VRBO ever!"

"The room was very clean, it even smelled amazing. The breakfast was ok, could have more options we only ate breakfast once at the hotel during our 5 day stay. The staff was so friendly! We definitely will stay here again."
"Building seemed a little older but it was clean and comfortable. The Air conditioning was a little annoying - at 70 degrees was freezing but at 71 the heat would kick on. My kid forgot a toothbrush they had a disposable one they gave us that was very helpful. Staff was kind and knowledgeable! "
"This place was really good. Self parking was tricky to figure out that it was a block away. Room walls were a bit thin, could hear the guests I the next room talking and could hear their tv. Everything else was nice and simple. Nothing over the top. Rooms, decor, check in/out, all easy and simple. Perfect, if your not planning on staying in the room much! Will definitely be back. "
"We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable. "
"Stayed 3 nights with no hot water. Asked to switch rooms but was told there was none. Asked for our money back so we could go get a room somewhere else. Was just told it would be fixed everyday but never was. Manager was gone for the weekend. Call the manager Sarah on Monday. First she lied and said that the hot water was only out one day. Changed her story when I told her I had text between myself and the front desk everyday discussing it. Was told it was not her fault the boiler was broke and she couldn’t do anything for me since I booked through Hotels.com. She was very rude then finally hung upon me. By the way, kept checking people in when they knew the boiler was broke. Would highly recommend not giving this hotel your money."
"Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing and the lobby area had dirt around the rugs were it looked like it was just clean constantly cleaning around it without cleaning under it. The front desk attendant was nice but on phone when arrived. "
