"The actual apartment was lovely and well equipped. Location is good as well. However the check in process was bad. The host did not answer their phone, we had informed them what time we were arriving and they asked did we want self check in to which we had said yes at 8am before our check in at 3:30. We had to go and do an activity before our host finally sent us the details closer to 5pm after we had called, messaged and emailed- not good enough. "

"The apartment was clean and quiet, but the hair dryer did not work and I had to get batteries for the remote. I never saw the owners only communicated via email. The phone number provided in the email did not work. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the place for you. The stairs are very steep and do not have any hand rails. The elevator is temperamental as well. One small misstep and is will lock you in. "

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE.
