"I always love my stay here. Would have been nice to know the pool and fitness area were closed for renovations though. Other than that it was perfect"

"On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them. I am a long time, fairly frequent, independent, traveller and have never, ever, been refused an account on checking out of a hotel. I still have no idea what items I have been billed for, or the total cost. I only booked and paid Expedia for my room. I am extremely unhappy about this."

"We didn't have breakfast there but the parking was safe and very clean. "

"We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing. "
