"We only stayed overnight as we had a connecting flight, but our experience was excellent. The hotel is just 7 minutes from Toronto International Airport and offers a free 24 hour shuttle service, which was very convenient. The pool was simple but nice to have. Everything in the hotel feels brand new and spotless. I appreciated the water refill stations on the main floor as well as the 2nd, 4th and 6th floors, a thoughtful touch. There is also a restaurant on site, though we did not get a chance to try it since we arrived late in the evening. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the bedding was comfortable and the towels were exceptionally soft. Overall, the rooms were extremely clean and we would definitely stay here again for another layover in Toronto. "

"Great spot except for the noise - we had a very sleepless night, with people allowing their room doors to slam shut all night. It was ridiculous. The shuttle was great and the staff was good but obviously the clientele are thoughtless"
