The functional furnishings allow you to enjoy an uncomplicated stay and find peace and relaxation here after a day on the water.



Step out onto the small terrace in front of the apartment, which is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. Use this area for your al fresco breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The courtyard offers a sheltered space and gives the apartment a pleasant atmosphere. From here you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot.



Plan your excursions in Royan and the surrounding area. Stroll through the seaside resort, which offers markets, restaurants and events in summer. Try water sports such as boating or jet skiing, which are available directly on the beach. Visit La Palmyre Zoo, which you can easily reach by car, or take a stroll to Planet Exotica Zoo. You can also go on excursions to La Rochelle or the Île de Ré.

Appartement très bien placé. Par contre il serait temps de donner un coup de rénovation, notamment la salle de bain, changer la toile cirée, l'egouttoir a vaisselle ou les rideaux, toujours dans leur jus des annes 80 ?
