80m² apartment composed of a 35m² living space open onto the terrace and the garden, with a new fully equipped kitchen. Small corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms (including a master bedroom with its own shower room), the bathroom and the separate toilet.

Bedroom 1: 1 large double bed 160x200cm, shower room and cupboard
Bedroom 2: 2 small single beds of 90x190cm which can be pushed together to form a very large bed of 180x190cm, closet
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, offering 4 beds, closet. The bunk beds can accommodate adults up to 105kgs.

New and very good quality bedding!
Washing machine in the bathroom.

2 terraces, one of which is fitted with awnings - garden furniture and BBQ, deckchairs
Small flowered and fully enclosed garden
Sheets and towels provided - Compulsory cleaning of 50 € at the end of the stay

Excellent séjour. Un accueil tres chaleureux, une grande pièce de vie , un joli jardin fleuri. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour les repas du midi. La plage à proximité pour les petits enfants 1.5an, 4.5ans , et 7 ans , les manèges, les courses, Chacun avait son espace nous avons apprécié. La personne qui nous a reçu très sympathique. Je recommande cet appartement.

2 mins á pied á la plage Foncillion, 15 mins à la plage Centrale et marché. Très agréable avec un petit jardin, on a l'impression d'être dans une maison. Très bien équipé et 3 chambres pour 8 (beaucoup d'espace). Point d'amélioration : wifi à changer en fibre, impossible de travailler efficacement avec le 5G huawei.

Très bel appartement, totalement équipé et très propre. Le descriptif est totalement conforme à toutes les prestations que vous y trouverez. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et facilitent votre séjour, accueil et départ très souples, nous recommandons vivement. L’appartement est aussi idéalement placé, près de toutes les commodités et de la plage, tout en restant très calme, bref, une excellente adresse.

Appartement tres confortable avec grande terrasse ensoleillée face au jardinet tout en verdure, donc reposant. Les literies sont de bonnes qualités. La pièce de vie très spacieuse permet de ne pas se gêner si l'on est nombreux. 1 salle d'eau et une belle salle de bain à disposition. Un second WC eut été agréable. Parfait pour des vacances en famille avec grands et petits car la plage est à 2 pas donc pas de voiture, c'est génial. Une boulangerie tout a cote permet d'avoir du bon pain frais chaque jour. A noter l'accueil de Sylvie, personne très agréable et disponible.

Logement idéal. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Les chambres sont parfaites et spacieuses. La pièce de vie est grande et pratique. Literie au top. Déco juste parfaite. Tout est neuf même dans les équipements. Rien de manque, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. La terrasse et le petit jardinet sont très agréables. Et tout cela à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants !!!! Un des meilleurs appartement que j'ai loué. Bon je me permet de proposer une toute petite suggestion, ce serait juste pour dire qu'il manque 1 chaise ou 2 dans chaque chambre pour poser nos vêtements le soir (ça serait la cerise sur le gâteau !) Merci à la mère de Caroline qui nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée (et au départ). Si je reviens à Royan, je sais maintenant où j'irais !!!!

C'est très simple, vous y êtes comme chez vous ! rien ne manque. Vous êtes d'abord accueilli par une charmante personne qui vous fait visiter un logement entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goût (qualité des matériaux+++). Les chambres sont spacieuses et très fonctionnelles. La terrasse est suffisante, très calme et ensoleillée. Les commerces sont à portée de main et l'océan effectivement à 200 m. Bon séjour. Un appartement très lumineux, tout neuf, permettant de loger confortablement un couple (lit double avec sdb privative), un autre couple ou deux enfants (chambre 2) et 4 enfants (2 lits superposés - chambre 3) L'appartement est très agréable, au calme , avec un petit jardin privatif. Terrasse ensoleillée pour manger en extérieur Nous avons été les premiers locataires après une rénovation compète. Il est très réussi. Équipement complet et de qualité. Draps et linge fournis (lits faits à l'arrivée) Fonds d'épicerie appréciable et pratique. Idées de sorties et brochures de la région à disposition. Il est situé à 200 m de la plage de Foncillon et à 5 mn du port et des commerces. Caroline nous a très gentiment accueilli avec une attention personnelle Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Tout se fait à pieds Nous reviendrons volontiers
