About this property

Cosy house close to beaches and shops. garden, above-ground pool, terrace

  • The house is 5 minutes from the city centre and the beaches by car, 10/15 min by bike (available).
    All the amenities of daily life are at your disposal: bicycles, scooters, beach games, games, terrace, plancha, complete baby equipment. (This is my house occupied all year round).
    The house is cosy, bright, quiet.
    3 bedrooms: 2 with 90 cm bed + 2 mattresses available, 1 with 180x200 bed in a mezzanine bedroom + 1 x 140 mattress (1 corridor door separates it from the other 2 bedrooms)
    Blackout shutters and curtains in all rooms
    Tubular Above Ground Pool Diam 3.6m from mid-May to November
    The house overlooks the garden, opposite the road.
    3 parking spaces in the courtyard of the house.
    2 nights minimum.
    50€ cleaning fee extra.
    Linen rental not included.
