Heart of center Royan, 90 meters square prestige apartment totally refurbished in 2022 in a quiet building facing the ocean, with the beach right at the bottom.
Located on the 9th floor (with two elevators), offering a panoramic view (not overlooked) on the ocean, Cordouan lighthouse, the harbour, beaches, and the city of Royan.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (maximum 5 beddings):
- room 1 with a large queen size bed (160x200cm), a large wardrobe closet and its own shower room.
- room 2 with a queen size bed (160x200cm) which can be divided into 2 twin beds (80x200cm), large wardrobe closet.
- room 3 is a study room with a quality convertible sofa
- one separated shower room with a shower, toilets, and washing / drying machines.
- separate toilet room with a hand basin
- pantry
The apartment also features a living room with dining space, lounge space, and a fully equipped open kitchen, and a patio door to the balcony facing the ocean.
Bed and bath linen is provided.
Blankets and pillows at your disposal.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Shops are easily accessible by walking, town center is a 3 minutes walk away, harbour 2 minutes away, central market 7 minutes away.
