location très agréable -bien située par rapport à la plage et au port avec ses restaurants -quartier calme -voiture sur parking dans la résidence -accueil sympa de la propriétaire
Appartement très agréablement optimisé et très bien équipé dont la localisation, à la fois proche des plages et du centre est très agréable. C'est l'après-midi que le soleil gagne peu à peu le jardin mais pas la terrasse ni la pièce de vie.Virginie est une hôte attentionnée ,nous ayant réservé une surprise gourmande bien appréciable/ée ! et très à l'écoute pour les horaires de départ et arrivée ainsi que nos questions au moment de la réservation.Le petit bémol de notre séjour est indépendant de sa bonne volonté car lié au voisinage, peu discret lors de notre séjour.
Très bon accueil de Virginie, qui est agréable, chaleureuse, et disponible.Le logement est bien conçu, très propre et bien situé, que ce soit par rapport aux plages ou au centre ville : tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes.

Excellent accueil bien organisé avec une propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Emplacement de l’appartement excellent, à 2 pas de la plage de Foncillon (et son bar de plage) à proximité immédiate du port et des rues commerçantes pour les ballades en ville. L’appartement est fort bien équipé pour des vacances et notamment pour faire la cuisine. Fort agréable petit jardinet privé pour les jours de soleil. Donc en résumé séjour très agréable.
Emplacement idéal à 200 M de la plage de faucillon, du port et proche du centre ville.
Appartement bien équipé ds une résidence avec parking individuel . Loueur de vélo électrique à proximité nous permettant de belles ballades.

La proximité de la plage et des commerces est un atout pour cet appartement. Propriétaire très accommodante et gentille. Rien de négatif bien au contraire. Le logement est impeccable et bien agencé. A recommander .
Moi et mon conjoint avons passé une très bonne semaine, il faut y aller idéalement avec 1 seule voiture car un vrai calvaire pour trouver de la place mais proche de tout commerce donc une fois la voiture posé plus besoin de la prendre (en fonction de ce que vous voulez faire)
C'est un petit appartement cosy, on aurait passé une meilleure semaine si les voisins auraient était respectueux et auraient fait moins de bruit.
