Come and discover this “all on foot” located a few minutes from the market, the port, the seafront and the beaches. 20 m from the house: Public garden of 7000M2 with 1 bowling alley and 1 basketball court
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 veranda and a quiet garden.
The configuration of the house allows everyone's privacy to be respected and offers pleasant common spaces. Wifi is accessible throughout the house.
The landscaped garden is completely enclosed. You will love this exterior for your meals with family or friends thanks to the furniture at your disposal.
The living room has many board games, sofas and armchairs.
Thanks to its fully equipped kitchen, you will feel at home:

Maison familiale
Maison très bien située, literie très confortable. Très bien équipée en vaisselles et électroménagers. Petit bémol pour l'absence d'un four à micro-ondes (qui est très pratique pour les enfants qui n'utilisent pas le gaz) et d'une télé (que l'on se passe très facilement lorsque la météo n'est pas maussade). Attention au ménage qui est compris dans le prix et qui n'est pas forcément très bien réalisé....
Cette maison est une maison familiale, chacun à son propre espace, tout en étant ensemble. On a passé un bon moment.
