Country house with pool for 6–8 people—accommodates up to 12 people starting in April 2027

Large farmhouse divided into 2 parts;
- a holiday home with its 2 bedrooms (4 from April 2027), 2 shower rooms (4 from April 2027), 2 toilets (3 from April 2027), a large living room opening onto the terrace, a dining room with its fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ...) and private access to the swimming pool (4x8 m secured by a solar shutter) and terraces.
- the other part of the house is the main residence of the owners who will be present during your stay. They reserve the garden at the back of the house.
The entrance to the cottage is through the French window of the living room. The entrance to the owners is from the back of the house. Thus the 2 accommodation is totally independent.

The accommodation has 2 large bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: master suite with 1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 90, dressing room and shower room in the bedroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 90. Possibility of adding a second bed of 90. Shower room on the landing.
A sofa bed can be used on the mezzanine.

The garden is enclosed, facing south, with the possibility of parking 3 vehicles on the grounds. Electric gate.

The house is located in the Maine Geoffroy district of Royan, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and the beaches.
Quiet area, so no big parties allowed, discretion requested from 11 p.m.
