"Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood. "

"Convenient location close to the Luz and Júlio Prestes railroad stations, although not the best neighborhood. The restaurant in the building is a plus. Spartan but clean and comfortable with a friendly staff, and they do a great job with breakfast."

"É um ótimo local pra quem está sozinho ou casal, e deseja uma estadia de poucos dias e não se importa com muito luxo, é um ótimo custo-benefício."

"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."
