"Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. "This property is right on the beach with an easy path to walk on or take a nice bike ride. We were in a beachfront 2 bedroom and the lawn in front was well manicured and beautiful. The kitchen was fine with a two burner stove, oven and large refrigerator. The thing we did not like was that the bathroom was not in good condition.
