"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Highly recommend. We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel sets on the most beautiful lake next to the mountains. Short drive or bike ride to Fussen. The buffet breakfast and service was outstanding. Can’t say enough positives about our stay. "
