"Loved everything about this rural hotel. The drive to it was spectacular, the views from it are breathtaking, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the young hosts were amazing."

"The setting was spectacular, we had good weather and an excellent clear view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace and our balcony. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and kind and the breakfast spread was on a par with other paradors we had visited. Yes the floors are creaky and plumbing is ancient but we loved being there and the Parador is due to close shortly for major renovation. "

"Staying in an old monestestary is special. Building has so much history as you stay in friars actual rooms. No air con so bare this in mind in summer but hotel staff are l9vel. "

"Beautiful views -staff were superb. Very clean room. Only thing was no air-con but a fan was supplied and the room cooled way down at night anyway."

"Excellent place for families, a rural house where you can experience the life of a small town in northern Spain. The house is well equipped, with comfortable bathroom and bedrooms. The town has an ATM, some small restaurants and a small supermarket. Situated in the middle of mountains and amazing parks. Very safe roads and very friendly local people"
