"I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."

I make the booking for 2 nights paid the money and not seeing the property when I arrived at touba Dialaw and asked where about the property no one know where is the property and no local number to contact . Désappointes and can’t get refund no protection from Expedia that allow them to use there we side to advertise . Mbaye...
