It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Nature trails lead directly from the house. House amenities/outdoor facilities: sunbathing lawn, furnished terrace, underground car park, and free parking spaces right next to the house.
The holiday rental features a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It features a private east-facing balcony with views of the mountains and lake.
The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, smart satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels.
The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor of the building.
