Ein herzliches Grüß Gott im Landhaus Gastager Inmitten einer herrlichen Bergwelt mit malerischen Wiesenhängen, grünen Wäldern, romantischen Tälern und glitzernden Seen liegt das Ruhpoldinger Tal ? die Perle des Chiemgaus. Im Ortsteil Zell befindet sich unser Landhaus mit zwei rundum neu gestalteten Ferienwohnungen. Hell und freundlich haben wir für unsere Gäste die Wohnungen mit komfortabler Ausstattung geschaffen. Sie haben freien Blick auf unsere imposanten Hausberge und satte Wiesen. Unser Haus ist mit F**** und F***** vom Deutschen Tourismusverband ausgezeichnet. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und Annehmlichkeiten unserer Ferienwohnungen und den großzügig angelegten Bereich rund um den Pool. Die Lage unseres Hauses ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Von München bis nach Salzburg, vom Königssee bis zum Chiemsee, für Groß und Klein ist das Freizeitangebot nahezu grenzenlos. Ob als Familie, Sportbegeisteter oder Naturliebhaber, Ruhpolding ist Urlaub von seiner schönsten Seite. Und durch die günstige Lage unseres Hauses können viele Einrichtungen Ruhpoldings in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreicht werden.
Hell und freundlich haben wir für unsere Gäste die Wohnung mit komfortabler Ausstattung geschaffen. Sie haben freien Blick auf unsere imposanten Hausberge und satte Wiesen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind großzügig gestaltet und für Allergiker geeignet. Großzügiger Sanitärbereich mit Fußbodenheizung, einem 2. Waschbecken und einem extra WC. Der geräumige Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit hochwertigem Inventar eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Microwelle, Kaffeevollautomat (Bohnen), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher) und die gemütliche Sitzecke mit einem extra großen Ohrensessel lädt zum Träumen ein. Von beiden Schlafzimmern aus gelangen Sie auf den uneinsehbaren Südbalkon. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste ist gesorgt mit Hochstuhl, Kinderbett, Geschirr und Besteck. Geschirrtücher und Handtücher sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt stellen wir eine 2. Garnitur an Bettwäsche kostenlos zur Verfügung. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen stehen in der Wohnung zur freien Verfügung.
