Spread over 2 floors and 115 m², the apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a separate kitchen.
The bright, very spacious living-dining area features a cosy couch and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
From the living-dining area, you can step out onto the large sun terrace with stunning panoramic mountain views.
Beautiful patio furniture, a lounge area, and a grill await you.
You can store your bicycles in the on-site garage.
The three bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom on the upper floor features a spacious shower, a sink, and a toilet. The covered balcony with a great view of the surrounding mountains is also a perfect spot to relax.
On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower.
The basement is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The holiday rental also includes 2 parking spaces.
In the centre of Ruhpolding (within walking distance), you’ll find everything you need for daily life. (Supermarkets, butcher shops, pharmacies, various restaurants, …)
