- The small holiday home Winkelmann (renovated in 2021) is located directly on Lake Schmalensee and features private lake access, a large lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area. It enjoys an idyllic, quiet, and sheltered location within a protected landscape area. From here, you can easily access beautiful, well-marked cycling and hiking trails.
The house comprises a living room/bedroom, a children's room, a small kitchen, and a shower room.
The living room offers stunning lake views, which can also be enjoyed from the large balcony.
Outside, there is a terrace directly adjacent to the house, facing the lake shore.
A lockable shed provides storage for bicycles.
