Amazing property

We enjoyed our stay very much, the home was even better than we expected. Very enjoyable for the kids, they had lots to do. And adults enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Will definitely book again!

Great vacation rental

Perfect rental for us while we adventure around the area. Close to midtown and VERY close to Albertsons, which was nice when we needed to grab items. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. My boys “golfed” there every day! The hot tub was equally enjoyed!!

Cozy cottage feel with abundant wildlife.

This property had everything included, pots, pans, a small air hockey table. The most amazing part was waking up to Sierra Blanca (mountain) and watching the elk walk across the golf course. The host was always a text away.

Great Space

We loved this home. It was cozy and yet had all the room we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and utensils we needed. The back yard was perfect and my husband and kids loved the putting green. Katie, the owner, communicated very well with us and we have a great stay. Every morning and evening the elk would come hang out on the golf course and it was beautiful.

Great little condo, perfect location!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Villa Con Vista.The layout and size of the condo were perfect for our family of five.Kitchen was perfectly laid out and very well stocked, feels like it was recently remodeled.The location was perfect for getting around town, walkable to midtown.The outdoor space was wonderful, private and has everything you need to unwind at the end of a long day.Only negatives were the carpeting throughout the condo was quite stained, I'd prefer hard floors for ease of cleaning, and the couch in the living wasn't very comfortable.That said, I would definitely book this rental again.

Pretty Perfect

Very well stocked, very well kept villa, beautifully decorated, close to many activities and shops, great communication with property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa was well equipped with kitchen appliances and spacious but it was dirty, carpet is very dirty and stained throughout, the blinds in the living room have been completely removed so no privacy, the living room tv and fireplace didn’t work throughout our stay. We reached out to host and their answer was simply, we need to update the listing with accurate and update photos and the tv was not fixed.

Lovely!

This was a great place to relax. Layout worked well for our family. Everyone had some space. Tv's in every bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Used the fireplace and the hot tub. Even saw some elk out the back door!

Highly recommend

Centrally located to downtown shopping and restaurants, stunning view of mountains from back porch. And we were pleasantly surprised to get to watch herds of elk graze near the golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed and more- quite a few spices, and cooking basics with plenty of plates, glasses, etc… they thought of it all! The property is really well decorated, we stayed near Christmas time and they had a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room! Beds were comfy and warm, our kids loved the bunk beds. Highly recommend you stay here.

House layout worked well for our family. Kids loved having tvs in every room. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and some basic cooking supplies. Loved the hot tub, covered patio with fire pit and putting green. Views were fantastic - even saw some elk!

Loved our stay at Villa Con Vista. The yard was so much fun with the fire pit and putting green. We also had elk right outside the gate! Close to mid town for great shopping and eats. The club house at the golf course had great food too. Highly recommend this condo for your Ruidoso stay!
