Excellent conditions, very clean, easy to locate accommodating staff, indoor poolnwas nice but hot tub didnt heat, and the TV had annoying internet pop up while trying to watch programming other than that still a very Excellent place to stay

Unfortunately, the room has a strange odor and there was no blow dryer available for use. There were several bugs and spiders (no roaches). And there were some odd stains on the walls, what looked like blood. There was no security lock on our door and that was unnerving. They also made an additional charge on my card of $10 for using a third party. The staff was very polite and friendly.

La habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos,pero no no la limpiaron al día siguiente, en el desayuno estaba una empleada muy mala carienta estaba nada más observando que te comías, su apariencia física era como oriental de estatura baja.

La habitación muy limpia, todo el personal, manager, limpieza, cocina, etc. muy atentos y serviciales. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es muy tranquila, regresaría de nuevo.
