"Great place but I was there in the muffler of the heat wave and was sweating in my room. Even after o pleaded with the front desk personnel to bring the ac to 16 degrees. She was rude and dismissive to me"

"Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out."
