"Overall the stay was good, one thing I would change is the showers. The water pressure was terrible but it got my hair clean. The more frustrating part about it was that the curtains were cloth and the water leaked onto the floor no matter what. It would also be nice if they had drawers for clothes instead of cabinet shelves. Also the closet itself was severely lacking in space. Other than that it was convient, clean and quiet."

"I wasn’t expecting to be woken up on my first night by a fire alarm going off at 8am for over 5 minutes and also didn't expect to have a room that was next to garbage pickup that also took place at 8am - I now know quiet rooms need to be requested."

"Our stay had some highs and lows. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, a few issues made the stay more stressful than expected. The shower door jammed while I was inside, and I almost couldn’t get out, thankfully my husband was there to help. The toilet pressure was so weak it seemed to clogg, and one of the public bathrooms in the cafeteria actually was clogged, (with lots of poop) which sent us right back out the door. Breakfast was also disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel is only about 13 minutes from the cruise pier, so it worked for what we needed. Overall, the location was convenient, but the facilities definitely need attention."

"Parking was easy. But there were lots of things left out. And the bad reviews were correct on this one! Stains ont the tubs (rust) the shower was very slippery and I almost fell - the chemicals from the previous cleaning werer clearly still present. The establishment had a strange odor to mask the smell which made it worst. The bar looked really dingy so we decided to pass on it. Lets not mention the sheets with stains on them. This was a 1st and the last time there! "
