Villa Palaav is a brand new, modern contemporary style villa located in a secured gated community in the heart of Runaway Bay in St. Ann, Jamaica. This ecofriendly villa is 30 minutes from Ocho Rios, 45 minutes from Montego Bay and about an hour and 15 minutes from Kingston. The Donald Sangster Airport in Montego Bay and about a hour away while the Norman Manley Airport in Kingston is about an hour and a half away.

Villa Palaav is a 5 bedroom and 4-bathroom villa. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are ocean view rooms with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and one bedroom has beautiful mountain views.

The villa features 3 private two bedroom apartment style suites each with one or two bathrooms, a private kitchen and its own open concept living and dining rooms. Each suite has 1 primary bedroom with a 1 king-size bed along with a spacious guest bedroom with queen beds or double twin beds. One of bedrooms has a Queen Murphy bed along with 2 sleeper reclining chairs. Each Suite is luxuriously equipped and has air conditioning in all rooms and multiple flat screen televisions. The house also features a large, airy verandah with beautiful backyard and ocean views. Our lower level suite features a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table and card table, along with an office space.

Outdoors, the villa boasts an oversize spa and plunge pool with an alfresco dining bar with seating for 12, perfect for dining or coctails. The backyard also features a barbeque grilling station, a Pickleball Court, an 8 hole miniature golf course as well with a patio area with a firepit to cozy around for those chilly nights.

Villa Palaav has access to a private beach less than 5 minute drive with a variety of other local public and private beaches within 10 minutes. There are a host of attractions within a 30 minute drive including the world famous Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios, Mystic Mountain, Chukka Adventures, Green Grotto Caves, Glistening Waters, Drax Hall Entertainment District and many more.
