This 4 bed/ 2 bath newly constructed home is seeking the action/ adventure vacay visitor.

Located three miles from the back entrance of 7000 acres of the Rush Off Road ATV park you can be in wilderness without experiencing a congested parking lot.

Good quality prefabricated home built in 2015.
All one level - ideal for guests with mobility deficits.

A multigenerational family or a guys/ gals weekend out will discover the ideal venue.
1.7 acre lot and large ‘horseshoe’ driveway allow adequate space for trailers.

End the day around the backyard fire pit and park style charcoal grill.

Twelve minutes south of I-64 with easy access to shopping/ restaurants/ events to the Huntington-Ashland-Ironton area.

nicest place we’ve stayed when riding
I can’t say enough good about the property. The listing was very accurate, the pictures don’t do the place justice (it’s huge and was very, very clean), the location was perfect for Rush Offroad Park, and it had everything available for a comfortable stay. Chris (the neighbor next door that watches over the property) introduced herself to us when leaving her property one day. And we briefly met Matt (owner) while he was mowing the property next door. Both were very kind and welcoming which added to our comfort level. Matt was great with communicating check in instructions, check out duties, and helping us navigate our first time visiting Rush. We drove the sxs to and from the park without trailering. I can’t think of a single think Matt could improve on with the property.

Very nice place.
A small group of us rented this house for a weekend, as we planned to ride the Rush trails. It was nice only having to ride the road for a few minutes to get to the riding trails. The house was very nice and har everything we needed. The host was great at communicating. We will definitely be planning to stay at this house again.

Weekend Rush Trip
The house and property was awesome! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is 3 bedrooms with full or queen size beds, additional bedroom with bunk beds, and 4 couches. The drive to the back entrance of rush was super convenient! Will stay here again 100%.

Thanksgiving Getaway
This place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms was a plus. We had family over for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was nicely stocked as far as cooking utensils, pots and pans. The place was big enough to hold everyone without being uncomfortable. 2 living room areas, nice open floor plan, a front porch and big back deck and yard area. Great communication with owner as well. Responded to concerns right away and there were no problems with our stay.

The house is nice they have everything you need the grill is charcoal not gas wish that was told up front there is a sewer smell it wasn't bad the owner was super helpful with all my questions i stay here again
