"The Property location is excellent, the views are nice and the people who lived there were quite friendly. we had communication with the property manager. When we arrived, the pool pass was missing. The floors were black everywhere. We had to go out and purchase cleaning items and there were no vacuum. We cleaned the floors on our hands and knees, which took us two hours on Christmas Eve. It was so dirty we couldn’t walk without turning our feet black. They’re very limited items in the kitchen,...
