It was a very nice overnight stay!!! Beautiful surroundings, very private location, which is exactly what we wanted. The breakfast food and the breakfast conversation with the owners was excellent!
Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond.
I was a solo traveler and really just wanted to stay in a place that was quiet and clean, this B&B was perfect. Without a doubt the room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts here take pride in their accommodations and the property as a whole was very neat. I didn't get to meet the property owners but in our correspondence he did mention they live on the property. So if I needed something he would be available. I would absolutely stay here again.
It’s a lovely property right on the Conewango River. They have 10 acres that my dogs loved to romp on. Our room is large and lovely. Great communication. It’s just what we were looking for! Peaceful.
We had a pleasant stay. Tim, the host, was kind and provided us what we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we were given a great amount of patience with our young chilidren being with us, which is always appreciated.
Great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this B&B. Tim was great, room was beautiful and immaculate and breakfasts were delicious! Lots of places nearby to hike and enjoy the outdoors. Will definitely be back!
