"The hotel was charming. It felt like an old mountain lodge and not like a chain hotel. The service was over and above the standard hotel from the friendly staff to the nice touches like snacks, bottled water and the personalized note with chocolates left on the bed."

"Wi-Fi took several attempts before it would connect, and had to reconnect several times, this was for the basic service, I asked for a "quiet" room, the room I was given was next to the gas station, there was loud traffice noises all night, and the new heating/ac unit was also very loud, did not get much sleep, this was my third stay over the past several months, and this was the first time I was not satisfied with my stay, it is convenient if you are traveling, its is right off the interstate, and there is a cracker barrel next to the hotel that is within walking distance"
