"We loved the proximity to the Sargent Wilderness area as my husband had an elk hunt on the Wilderness property.The cabin was perfect for our group. As camp (cabin) cook, I found the kitchen to be well stocked with utensils and serving pieces. The cabin was rustic enough that I didn’t worry too much about the rain and mud my hunters encountered!!! My Grandson loved the stock of games available. We left before our time was up and thus forfeited some of the expense. However, the owners let us in a bit earlier than check in time, going out of their way to make the cabin ready. My husband got his elk opening morning, so we needed to get back home to process the meat! Otherwise I would have loved to finish out our time!"
