"It’s a beautiful place to stay "

"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"Simple but goo breakfast Non air conditioned Nice & helpful staffs Good house keeping A bit far away from city centre, still can easily travel by public transport"

"Great hamburger and sauna!"

"nice place in an old hotel . ."

"Awesome location, near nice hiking trails, calm little town with a nice vibe. We really enjoyed the wellness access and the breakfast was tasty as well."

"Would recommend and looking forward to come again. "

"The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "

"Exceptional in cleanliness and"

"Good place to stay overnight if you are planning a full day in Karlstejn. Staff was helpful but spoke little English so use a translation app."

"Good hotel at a good price. Not many ameties in the room. "

"Der Golfcourse ist gut. Landschaftlich sehr schön. Freundliches Personal, gerne wieder. "
