"We used swimming pools that were not busy and free to use floating items. Staffs were very helpful to us in self-check in systems. Room was good and well cleaned, but our next room was loudly until midnight. We needed to be lined up for breakfast about 15 min. Buffet style breakfast had a lot of variety, it was difficult to choose but taste was great. Overall, it was great stay there."

"Stayed in their 4 beds room for 10 days. Pretty close the the light rail and 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is big and clean. Comes with delicious breakfast every morning. Very happy with our stay."

"The hotel is very well located 10 to 15 min walk to a major train station in Shibuya. There's also a 24 hrs market a cross the street where u can purchase food and water...The room comes with a small kitchen and washer and dryer. You can pick up free coffee and othe supplies at the lobby. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Highly recommend this hotel value and money."

"I lived how clean the room was the staff was very helpful as well. We didn't eat breakfast there. I loved that they had places to eat and shop. The airport was in the same building. If I ever go back to Japan we will definitely stay there again."

"I liked how helpful and welcoming the front desk workers were. They always greeted us. The room was spacious enough for the both of us. Of course, we could always use some extra space. They had extra dining plates and utensils for late night bites. They also had a burner in addition to a hot water heater. I also liked how the Family Mart was a couple feet away in addition to a coffeeshop located downstairs. It is also an 8 minute walk to Shibuya Station which makes it convenient."
